Preliminary Discussion – All Pakistan Chapters Scholarship Fund

Following the direction and vision shared by Fahad Ali, Alumni Representative on the IBA Board of Governors, the Karachi Chapter initiated internal deliberations on the concept of establishing an All Pakistan Chapters Scholarship Fund. This preliminary meeting brought together relevant Chapter members to explore the idea in greater depth before formally engaging with IBA. The discussion focused on understanding the proposed fund’s overall purpose and structure, including potential mechanics, governance considerations, funding arrangements, and how different alumni chapters could collectively contribute to a sustainable scholarship platform. The session served as an important first step in shaping the concept, identifying key areas requiring further deliberation, and developing an initial framework that could subsequently be discussed and refined with IBA’s management and relevant stakeholders.
